RMS is a progressive and innovative civil construction company specialising in Subdivisions, Sewerage Reticulation, Pipe Laying, Bridge Works, Roadworks, Concrete Structures, General Earthworks and Tailings Dam rehabilitation.

In addition our East Timor and Northern Territory Divisions undertake the construction of new commercial buildings, and refurbishment of older buildings, predominantly in East Timor.

RMS East Timor has long been associated with many building projects, and in particular has developed a close working relationship with the Australian Defence Force in their effort to rebuild the war torn country.

We are experienced in all forms of contracting and have undertaken works in design and construct, construct only, performance incentive, partnering and alliance style contracts. RMS management is skilled and experienced in the establishment and development of industry alliances. examples include the Solar Ore Drying Alliance at the Yabulu QNI refinery and the Cook Shire Alliance formed to undertake the upgrade of the Cooktown sewer system.
