This development includes the removal of all tree and shrubs, all civil works for aircraft landing pads plus internal road construction, site drainage, water reticulation pipes, wastewater collection pipes, pits and pumps. In all, construction of five concrete landing pads and five concrete maintenance Hangar pads. This $8m project for Chief Engineer Works commenced in November 2009 and is due for completion approximately June 2010.

Mackay Regional Council Gorge Road Reconstruction

Mackay Regional Council recently awarded RMS the Gorge Road Reconstruction Project. This project is located near the township of Finch Hatton approximately 1 hour from Mackay in the Pioneer Valley.
