DCP Residential Compound Phase 2 East Timor

Description	This East Timor project included site preparation earthworks, landscaping, roadworks and building works. DCP Residential Compound is a fully self-sustaining secure compound consisting of four x 4 bedroom homes, swimming pool, guard house, gymnasium, water purification, waste water treatment plant and electrical generation plant, built during Phase 1.
Features:	Siteworks Stage 1 - preparation and earthworks Building works - four x 4 bedroom homes, concrete, electrical, plumbing, block works, structural steel works, roofing and insulation and all finishing works Siteworks Stage 2 - landscaping, minor road works, base preparation and overlaying 50mm thick hot mix asphalt
