The repair of two bridges for CSR Sugar Limited located in Dalbeg North Qld, Landers Creek and Expedition Pass Creek. The project involved building a pad to hold a 120t crane and the use of a stretch trailer to hold a 30m beam. On completion of the Pad the damaged rail line was lifted off and replaced with the 30m beam. The damaged pier and pylon were removed and replaced with a temporary steel beam.

• Design, procure material and build access ramp and crane pad
• Devisation of Expedition Pass Creek and protection of piers
• Scaffold at least 15m section either direction from new beam on existing structure
• Remove existing damaged beam locating pins and prepare piers for beam attachment
• Lift existing rails and replace in position
