This facility is a dedicated facility designed and constructed for the provision of English language training part of the Training Program for FDTL Military. The building was constructed using the lowest hot dipped galvanized steel framed structures built onto a concrete slab and footings.

• Site preparation and earthworks including bulk excavation, compacted selected fill and base preparation
• Building works including 5 buildings with roof covering over the open area
• Services including electrical, telecommunications, water and sewerage including septic tank
• Civil and external works including chain mesh security fence, roadworks - base preparation and overlaying 50mm thick hot mix asphalt
