Site preparation and earthworks, concrete paving works, road works and building works. The facilities requiring relocation of ADF infrastructure facilities within the Dili Heliport Site through Patrick Defence Logistics commissioned RMS to look after the relocation of all the Heliport Facilities.

• Construction of access road and 4 crossing points over drain lines
• Construction of 3m high security fence
• New concrete works
• Relocation, construction of new RPA with capacity x 8 fuel tanks
• Relocation ASPEN Medical facility, ATOC infrastructure, warehouse, kitchen and dining facility, accommodation
