Queensland

Installation and commissioning of 5 pump stations, 2 pump station upgrades, 26km of sewer and rising mains. Sewerage pipeline running through the established township/community of Cooktown. The project included a total of 21km of gravity pipeline for sewerage reticulation for residences and 4km of rising main and effluent lines.

Queensland

Previous sewerage needs of the Picnic Bay Community on Magnetic Island North Queensland was served by individual septic tanks located on each landowners property. This project commissioned by the Townsville City Council made available a new gravity sewer system for over 90 houses. The sewer system contains over 2klm of sewer mains and more than 60 cast in situ manholes.

The Project eliminated the contamination of ground water from the septic tanks therefore increasing the amount of recycled water made available for use throughout Picnic Bay.

Queensland

A design and construction project located in Hughenden North Queensland. Stages 1 & 2 of the project awarded to RMS. The project commenced in December 2008 being completed in February 2010. Following an extensive prequalification process Flinders Shire Council awarded the project to RMS based on the previous experience and knowledge of the RMS Construction Manager and the Managing Director Richard McDonald.

This Pump Station was constructed  for the Townville City Council for a future housing development located at Kelso a suburb of Townsville. The project consisted of a rising main and gravity sewer, access road, required the excavation of the pump well and valve pit plus kerbing and asphalt. It also required the manufacture of electrical control equiment and switchboard.

Completion of stormwater drainage for Parkview Developments in conjunction with the construction of Holborn Apartments Central Stage 2 in Flinders Street Townsville North Queensland. a "tide flex valve" was required and obtained from a supplier in the USA. RMS successfully negotiated additional works to the original scope of works.

East Timor

The Specialist Training Wing comprising the primary multi-user facility with three separate specialist areas.

Construction of sewer connected to an elaborate absorption trench and fed into a sediment tank to separate grey water.
